AUTOCLAVE SERVICE & VALIDATION

For the above Clients we can perform a Full Service, Calibration and Validation on your Autoclave and Equipment.

Validation can be performed to Australian Standard AS5369 or another Protocol that suits your requirements.

The Procedures may include the following:

Full Service and Preventative Maintenance Program, based on the Manufacturer’s recommendations.
Vacuum test (if appicable)
Helix Test or Bowie Dick Test (If applicable)
Calibration Check
Validation – includes 3 x consectutive cycles run with your test load and “Test Pack(s)” to determine any penetration time. Also includes Biological Spore Testing and incubation report.

All of this is coallated in a Service Validation Report that is supplied to you at the completion of the job.

When you need your steriliser serviced and validated, contact us to arrange a suitable time and we can perform all the work required for the validation, onsite at your premises.

AUTOCLAVE SERVICE & CALIBRATION

VETERINARY

LABORATORY

Suitable for Laboratories and Veterinary surgeries, Annual Servicing is key in keeping your clinic running by reducing unscheduled delays.

Includes the following:

Full Service and Preventative Maintenance Program based on the Manufacturer’ recomendations. The key components in your steriliser are maintained and cleaned to ensure continued and proper operation.
At Medisure we also check the Calibration of your Autoclave as part of the annual inspection to ensure proper Sterilisation parameters are met.
For Laboratories we can include optional Penetration Testing For liquid cycles.

Our Service and Calibration Reports come with a written procedure including all important checks listed by the Manufacturer and Temperature and Pressure Graph recorded during the sterilising cycle.

At Medisure our priority is keeping your business flowing.

When you call us to let us know of a problem,we often find we can find the issue over the phone.

This service is free of charge as part of our ongoing support for our Clients, and can potentially save you time and a Callout Fee.

In the event of a breakdown where a technician needs to attend onsite, we aim to be there within 24 hours.

Same day service is always our goal.

With direct support from suppliers and an expansive network of companies we are affiliated within the Biomedical Technical Field, you can be assured you are always getting the best service and advice. With over 30 years in the industry, we have training and expertise to get you going in the shortest time. We draw on years of experience from not only the manufacturer but also many other technicians around the country in our own Service Network to give the best possible advice and reliable repairs.

We also have access to Manufacturer Service Manuals and Software enabling us to properly diagnose faults in the autoclave and provide any updates that may be rerquired.

We aim to bring a service that is efficient and cost effective and most impotantly, reliable.

LOAN AUTOCLAVES

WHEN YOU NEED A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT

As part of our ongoing support to your business, we offer Loan Sterilisers for a one-off payment while your unit is being repaired in our workshop. This avoids fees or charges in the unlikely event that we do not have the part you need in stock or if the steriliser has a particularly hard to diagnose fault.

We are also equipped with current models of our reliable brands for hire for your convenience. These can be hired when your autoclave is irrepairable or if you would like to try a new model before purchasing. These units are delivered to your clinic pre-serviced and calibrated, ready for use.

Hire units are offered on a weekly basis with an unlimited time frame. Get in quick as these are in limited supply.
